A
compilation of my recipes from my whole food cooking classes. Learn how to cook
delicious meals with legumes and whole grains. Includes recipes for breakfasts
such as muffins, pancakes, porridges, and granolas. Entrees such as chili, baked
beans, vegetarian sushi and much more. As well as soups,
pastas, healthy desserts and includes some recipes that use a slow cooker,
pressure cooker and bread machine. None of the recipes use white flour, white
sugar, brown sugar or milk. My cookbook is meatless because I feel that
most people already know how to cook with meats but are unfamiliar with how to
cook with legumes and whole grains. Everyone can benefit from eating meatless
meals; they are low in saturated fats and cholesterol and are high in protein, fibre, vitamins and mineral.
The book is 5.5"wide x 8.5"tall so it won't take up too much valuable counter
space and it has a white metal spiral binding so that it lays open and flat to
the page that you want. Each recipe fits conveniently on one page.
